4-5 PM Finance Committee meeting: Travis, Corri, Courtney H., Jason, Anna, Janine (Room C)
4:45-5 PM New Region Rep Orientation. Rachel will meet with Bonnie, Danielle, and Kimberly for a brief overview of responsibilities and to answer any questions. (Bar Area)
5-6:30 Board Meeting (Room C)
7 PM Board Dinner at Daphne's (Please register on the GASP website, if you haven't already and let us know if you will join us for dinner so Brannon can give Daphne's a final head count. Thank you Brannon!!!!!!!!)

8-9 Continental Breakfast (Room C)
9-10 Review and complete the NASP SaFE-R checklist as a team to get a realistic gauge for how our organization is doing and to identify potential areas of need.
10-12: Work in small groups to begin developing strategic goals and action steps. We identified some areas of need last year, including advocacy, membership, and board recruitment. Plan to break into one of these areas (the SAFE-R might identify new areas of need or you might have ideas of another/different area we should consider setting goals for! Let me know!)
12-1 Lunch
1-4 Share from work groups. Refine and vote on goals and action steps. We will finish at 4 at the latest and will table until Fall Conference if we need to do a little more work then.
