If your invoice has not been paid by the time of the conference, either by yourself or your district,  you must pay onsite before attending.   Any UNPAID invoices will convert to the On-site/ Late registration rate. On-site registration does NOT include food/ meals.   **

    Conference Refund Request- Any cancellation received by 45 days before the event will receive a full refund*. Cancellations received by 44 up to 30 days before the conference, will get a refund* of 60% of amount paid. Cancellations received 29 days up to 11 days before the event will receive a refund of 25% of the amount paid. No refunds will be issued 10 days prior to the conference. *All cancellations will be subject to a $20 processing fee.

    Refund requests must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to the conference registrar. If request is made by USPS mail, please allow sufficient time for mailing of your request to meet deadlines listed above.
