Georgia School Psych Services Eval Instrument (GASP-SEI)  (pdf)

Developed by GASP and released in 2014, this incorporates constructs of TKES and the NASP national school psychological services model. It's goals are to reflect, in an unbiased manner, our services to stakeholders with continuous service improvement as an underpinning. The manual and electronic forms are available for download.
